Launch & Deployment Integration Engineer

This team member will combine subject-matter depth, sound judgment and disciplined execution to move the mission from architecture to measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Launch Integration workstream for Launch & Deployment Integration Engineer and deliver measurable technical or operating outcomes.
• Create repeatable plans, evidence and controls that demonstrate product and mission readiness.
• Lead failure analysis, risk retirement, quality review and corrective action.
• Coordinate suppliers, engineering teams and operations through integration and acceptance.

Required qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, environmental test, quality, reliability or safety.
• Working knowledge of verification planning, nonconformance control and root-cause analysis.
• Strong attention to traceability, documentation and measurable acceptance criteria.

Preferred experience

• Experience with flight hardware, launch environments or radiation assurance.
• Knowledge of recognized aerospace quality and mission-assurance practices.
