Responsibilities
- Own the Integration & Test workstream for Environmental Test Engineer and deliver measurable technical or operating outcomes.
- Create repeatable plans, evidence and controls that demonstrate product and mission readiness.
- Lead failure analysis, risk retirement, quality review and corrective action.
- Coordinate suppliers, engineering teams and operations through integration and acceptance.
Required qualifications
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, environmental test, quality, reliability or safety.
- Working knowledge of verification planning, nonconformance control and root-cause analysis.
- Strong attention to traceability, documentation and measurable acceptance criteria.
Preferred experience
- Experience with flight hardware, launch environments or radiation assurance.
- Knowledge of recognized aerospace quality and mission-assurance practices.
