Responsibilities
- Own the Executive Strategy workstream for Director of Strategic Partnerships & Capital Development and deliver measurable technical or operating outcomes.
- Set the strategy, operating priorities and measurable outcomes for the function.
- Recruit, guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Establish governance, risk controls, reporting and executive decision practices.
Required qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in a technically complex or regulated organization.
- A record of converting long-range strategy into funded, measurable execution.
- Strong communication skills across boards, investors, engineers, customers and institutions.
Preferred experience
- Experience building a new function, business unit or company from an early stage.
- Knowledge of AI, quantum, cybersecurity, data infrastructure or aerospace programs.
The hiring sequence follows operating milestones and project requirements. This position may begin through advisory, consulting or project-based work before moving into a full-time role.
