CRCO: Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer

This team member will combine subject-matter depth, sound judgment and disciplined execution to move the mission from architecture to measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regulatory & Compliance workstream for Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer and deliver measurable technical or operating outcomes.
• Set the strategy, operating priorities and measurable outcomes for the function.
• Identify regulatory, security and operational exposure across technology and mission lifecycles.
• Design controls, evidence and governance that can withstand customer and institutional review.

Required qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a technically complex or regulated organization.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity, compliance, law, spectrum policy, risk or mission assurance.
• Ability to interpret requirements and convert them into practical technical and operating controls.

Preferred experience

• Experience with post-quantum security, space regulation, critical infrastructure or government programs.
• Relevant professional certification, license or advanced degree.
• Experience building a new function, business unit or company from an early stage.

The hiring sequence follows operating milestones and project requirements. This position may begin through advisory, consulting or project-based work before moving into a full-time role.
